OliTech ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PELADEIRO mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

PELADEIRO does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

The App stores the following data locally on your device using SharedPreferences:
- Player names: Names you voluntarily enter for team draws
- Player attributes: Skilled player and goalkeeper markings
- Timer settings: Configured time duration and current state
- Score data: Match scores for blue and red teams
This data:
- Is stored exclusively on your device
- Is never transmitted to any external server
- Is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
- Can be manually deleted within the App at any time
1.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
We want to be transparent about what we do NOT collect:
- No email addresses
- No phone numbers
- No location or GPS data
- No contacts
- No photos or media files
- No device identifiers or advertising IDs
- No IP addresses
- No browsing history
- No analytics or usage statistics
- No health data
- No financial information
2. Permissions
2.1 Internet Permission
The App requests only the INTERNET permission for the following purpose:
- Audio playback: To play a whistle sound when the timer ends, the App accesses an external audio file.
This is the only network request made by the App. No user data is transmitted during this process.
2.2 Permissions NOT Requested
The App does NOT request access to:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Location (GPS)
- Contacts
- Phone state
- Storage (external)
- Any other sensitive permissions
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

The App does not integrate with:
- Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)

- Social media platforms
- Any third-party SDKs that collect user data

The App includes sharing functionality that allows you to share team draw results via other apps on your device. When you use this feature:
- You control what is shared and with whom
- The shared content contains only the team draw results you created
- We do not have access to or store any information about your sharing activity

We value your trust and have designed the App with privacy in mind:
- All data is stored locally on your device
- No data is transmitted over the internet (except for the audio file download)
- No user accounts or authentication required
- No cloud storage or backup of user data
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13 years old.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
- The App does not contain any age-restricted content
- No advertising is displayed
- No in-app purchases are available
- No social features that could expose children to risks
Parents can feel confident allowing their children to use PELADEIRO.
6. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Data persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data
- You can delete your player history at any time within the App
- You can reset the timer and scores at any time
- We have no ability to access, retain, or delete your data remotely

You have complete control over your data:
- Access: View your saved players in the Player History screen
- Modification: Edit player attributes at any time
- Deletion: Delete individual players or clear all history
- Portability: Share team results in text or image format

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
